REQUEST UNDER RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005.
I want to information about Teacher because I have data about Chhattisgarh teacher many of teacher attached in official work without deputation for this cause many of school having single teacher school (approx 5000 school) . So I am requesting you to provide me with the following information
1. How many Vacant Post of teacher Against Sanctioned Post in District wise ?
2. How Much School is running with single teacher provide with district wise ?
3. How much teacher is attached in other department (who is not working teaching ) like as BEO’s office,BRCC’s office, Janpad Offices, Jila panchayat office. Provide it District wise ?
4. When your district officer attached any teacher for official work they break the rule of RTE act-2009 which is applicable in Chhattisgarh as on 01 april 2010. What action is taken by you in till today. Please provide it District wise?

Sir/Madam,
1. Provide me with the detailed list of Posts for Teachers lying Vacant in every district of Chhattisgarh
2. Provide me with the list of schools run on single teachers in every district of Chhattisgarh with numbers of students in such schools.
3. Provide me with the list of teachers posted or working at Block Education officer’s office, Block Resource Center’s office, Janpad Offices, Jilla Panchayat Office in every district of chattisgarh?
4. When Teachers are posted at the above mentioned offices, Under Section 27 of Right To Education act 2009 (which has been applicable in chattisgarh since April 1, 2010) rules are broken, what action has been taken if this has occured since the implementation of this rule? Please provide us information for each and every case that has occured since April 1, 2010.
