महोदय जी
मैं आकाश कुमार जैन पिता विजय कुमार जैन निवासी शाहगढ़ हूँ मेरा पेनकार्ड नंबर ALYPJ1965A है |
मैं सूचना के अधिकार के तहत निम्नलिखित बिन्दुओ पर जानकारी दिनांक 30-12-11 तक चाहता हूँ |

१. तहसील विभाग शाहगढ़ के सभी पदाधिकरियो(प्यून एवं लिपिक सहित) के नाम पद ,उम्र एवं वेतन सहित |
२. वर्ष २०११ में जारी किये गए आय प्रमाण पत्र ,एवं निवास प्रमाण पत्र की संख्या एवं उनके द्वारा प्राप्त कुल शुल्क राशि .

    Dear param
    I need two things to know ?
    1.how any one can sign by name of ritesh
    2.What you mean by blank IPO .name of receiving person or sender should be blank ?

    W.R.T blank IPO:

    You can submit IPO with PAY TO field as BLANK and ask the PIO to fill it for you..

    As per the section 5(5) RTI ACT its the duty of the PIO to help the RTI applicant. By help it refers to giving assistance in writing the RTI application ( which includes filling of IPO ).

    Similarly, If the applicant is unable to submit the application in writing ( may be due to his lack of writing skills or some disability ) then its the duty of the PIO to write the Application..
