Under RTI we would like to get the following information:

1) How many change of land use has been approved/rejected by TCP from Agriculture to Institutional, Industrial or other purpose in Financial Year 2010 and FY 2011.

2) Please provide us following information for same:

Name of the applicant

Location

Purpose of change

Approval/ Rejection Authority

Reason for Approval/ Rejection

    2) How many change of land use has been rejected by TCP from Agriculture to Institutional, Industrial or other purpose in Financial Year 2010-2011.

    iv)Approval/ Rejection Authority

    v)Reasons for Approval/ Rejection

      Sure sir, if you are comfortable with putting you address that would be really awesome ..
      the only thing, I would suggest, for your own safety is don’t do it, if u live in Faridabad-Haryana
      Also if u file this RTI yourself, I would request you to provide us the speed post number of the application filed.
      Also when u receive the documents backs, use a digital camera/cell phone to take photographs of the documents and upload it back as a comment to this post.

      Have you filed this RTI, under your name.. If so can you provide us the speed post number
      I still have this under the category of Drafted RTI, and can move this to Filed, only after you provide me the speedpost number.
      If you have not filed it so far, please let me know, so that one of us can take this over and file it
