Commercial activities in residencial areas

Sir,

I am living in Sector 24, Rohini, Delhi. In our area there is lot of Commercial activities are goingon. I want to know what is the rule & regulations to commence the commecial activities like Property Dealer’s office, Building Material supplier’s shop, Builder’s office and more importantly a Gurudwara in a residence area.

Sir, I request you to kindly give the answer to my this RTI soon as possible.

    By law you can have several commercial enterprises in residential areas like a hotel for example. Please check out the rules under the Delhi municipal corporation Act – you can get it by googling it. Thereafter, you can ask specific information. thank you.
