. DESCRIPTION OF information REQUIRED:

The information regarding the under mentioned queries may kindly be provided in first writing the question & than its answer format:-

1. Name and Designation of the engineers who has since been retired from civil engineering Department after 01.01.2006 to till date.
2. Please furnish the Name of the retired engineers who has already been granted complete benefit like revision of pension, Grant of ACP in consequent upon implementation of the 6th pay commission and its adoption in NDMC with their date of retirement.
3. Please furnish the name of the retired engineers who has not yet received the benefit of the 6th pay commission with their date of retirement
4. Please provide me Names, designations and office addresses of the officials with whom  fixation of revised scale, revised pension as per cpc and released of accumulated arrears is lying pending  during this period and date wise period with each official of action taken by him/her.
5. Please provide me certified copy of order sheets fixing the time frame fixed for release of pending arrears/dues to specially the retired employees and fixation of revised pension and if any time frame not fixed the reason thereof along with the responsibility of the officer concern for the same.
