- What is the break up of those quarters category wise?
- Right now, what no.s of quarters is available to the employees of Alloy Steels Plant (ASP)?
- What is the status of the rest of the Quarters (i.e. licensed / leased or occupied by unauthorized persons)?
- How many 600 sq.ft. / 900sq.ft. Quarters are available to the employees in prime locations (nearest to the plant).
- What no. of employees occupied more than one Quarters above three months?
- What actions management has taken against those employees who possessed more than one Quarters? (How much amount of rent collected from those Quarters? Is there any sort of adjustment with trade unions? Employees possessed more than one Quarters are belong to which trade union mostly? Whether management aware of actual reasons for possessing more than one Quarters? Is there any sort of adjustment from management side due to the pressure of a particular trade union leader? There are few union leaders doing business with those Quarters and the employees even executives of Estate Dept. are involved with this illegal business. Is there any sort of information to the management?)
- What no. of Quarters allotted to the agencies other than employees of ASP of higher categories starting from 600 sq ft?
- Does management agree that these activities are against public interest? What are actions taken by management to find out the persons behind the curtain doing these year after year cheating common employees? How does it possible Executives of the organization openly involved in it by holding three Quarters at a time?

In Q 7 and 9 you are interrogating – in RTI you can only seek information. So only this question in no 7 is relevant – What actions management has taken against those employees who possessed more than one Quarters? Pl drop Q9 and the remaining questions under Q 7. My request was how much money collected from them? Because we know leaders & officers are involved in this scam and they are trying to get releif from it. Just think so many employees are not getting quaters in good condition : most these occupied by the said people. We know one promotee officer always possessed double quaters in his 28yrs. of service.

सेवा शर्तो के अनुसार यह एक बहुत ही गंभीर मामला है , इसमे सम्बंधित सभी व्यक्तिओ की नौकरी भी जा सकती है
एक अन्य नाम से आर टी आई लगाकर आप मकान आवंटन में विभागीय निति एवं उसके उल्लंघन में दिये जाने वाले दंड के बारे में भी जानकारी प्राप्त करे ,

Sir, I would like to inform you that one senior manager of Alloy Steels Plant, posted in SMS (op) taken leased two quaters (ground + first floor)from company in Bhagat Singh area. He made huge illegal construction in it. How is it possible, being a senior level executive he should obey the rules of company. What the management’view in this issue? This guy is trying hard to get AGM this year. After getting it god know what will happen? All these are product of a corrupt system of Alloy Steels Plant.
Different schemes of company in different time caused loot of Govt. properties in Durgapur Steel Township. People who got allotment of qtrs. in either leasing/licencing they made boundry wall upto pitch road. Always create problem to employees. They not even bother to obey any civil rules. Knowing all these company officials are silent because of their involvement.
Sir, I would like to request you that all informations I have already given to you are very important for PSU company. There are thousands of people living on this plant. So you can forward those information to Alloy Steels Plant ED/GM(PA)or SAIL corporate office. I cant do it being a very common man they can do anything to me or my family.

Sir, actually in this plant crores of money of common people is taking out in every steps of production. People got promotion here with auction sort of thing happens. Everyone wants to make quick money during his period at the top posts. The plant become sick and death certificate will be issued any moment bot who cares.
Company is collecting money from them. If possible please try to find out what are the other action taken against them, particularly the executives ( of SMS – CCS), who were involved in this illegal trade. Please do it immediately.
