PF withdrawal Pending for 4 Months

Dear Concerns,

I had filed application for settlement of my PF account on 01-AUG-2011 but even after 4 months, I have still not recieved the closure. Although i have logged many complain in their grievance cell but no attention has been taken by them yet. My details are as below—

Name – Ravi Anand Singh

Claim ID : BGBNG110800016924

 

Please look into the matter and help me getting my amount ASAP.

      Hi I have Submitted the FORM-19 for PF withdrawal in month of AUG-2011(Bangalore Office) having PF No BGBNG00426410000000033, but still today i haven’t received it…

      Please do the needful…

    Dear friend, the information provided by you is not sufficient. Pl provide detail such as address of the PF office, name & designation of officer to whom application was given etc.

    Hi ravi anand ji.
    I will file this RTI, but frankly speaking it doesnt really require to be ananoumous as u said u have called them personally and even they will know ur detail via acc no..
    So plz mail me ur address where u wish to recieve reply for above RTI.
