More Than 5 months after applying for Khata Bifurcation
I purchased a flat in Yelachenahalli a year back( a total of 8 flats ) . The flat is constructed on a revenue site with proper conversion documents . The flat construction is not as per the approved plan , there are deviations in the flats . There is no Occupancy Certificate .
I submitted the Khata Bifurcation application with the documents ( property tax upto current finanncial year 2011-12 , Sale Deed, Approved Construction Plan , Betterment charges paid receipt , encumberance certificate ) in July 2011 . The application has been submitted to the Konanakunte BBMP office . I have visited the office a few times. The RI is asking for his “fees” mentioning that the buidling doesn;t have an Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate .
My question is do we require the OC / Completion Certificate for Khata Birfurcation ?
