PF Settelement Delay

Sir/Mam

I had applied for final settelment of pf on dated 29th july.It is 3rd of Jan12 and till now
i did not get any response from them.I had also register complaint againt it on EPF site and also
i mailed south delhi head and called every day on enquiry nos.

After so many complaints i got reply from PIO officeer mentioned below.

Complaint Number :  DELSO/E/2011/10377
Details of Final Reply :  The withdrawal forms in r/o PF A/c No.DL/23435//21 are received in this office and the same is under process.

Also i  have filed RTI Application.The Speed Post Consignment Number is:EH313789497IN. Till now i did not get
any reply of RTI application.
what should i do?My PF no is DL-23435-021.

    Dear Sir,
    When Did u file your RTI application ?
    Also can you provide us the details of the Public Information Officer to who your RTI Application was filed.

    If your RTI application is more than 30 days, you can go on an appeal to the appellate authority

      i filed RTI on dated 16/11/11.

      and officer’s Details are

      I am planning for first appeal to the appellate authority.
      Can you please tell me one thing that what should i do next?
