Khata transfer for my apartment in 3rd block Jayanagar (Byrasandra)
I would like to know where do I apply my khata transfer as i transfer my property to my wife’s name in sub-registrar’s office. Is there a way for online khata transfer request? This subject is always complicated to have one time list of what is needed to get this done. Thanks for providing details
Hi, Khatha transfer for the property comes only when u transfer the property by way of sale or gift to ur wife, when u r alive. In this case the property can be gifted to ur wife through a Gift Deed which has to be registered with the Sub registrar of ur area and then with the Gift ded u can approach the revenue authorities for khatha transfer.
