Subject Matter :  Composition analysis report of medicine Smritisagar ras of Baidyanath  Jhansi by Drug Inspector in last 4 years.

 

Details of Information requested : This is of high importance as it is related to my

 

Health. Provide me details about the composition of

 

medicine Smritisagar ras made at Baidyanath Jhansi unit by Rasyog Sagar method  in

 

between period 2008 to 2011as and when checked by Drug Inspector through other

 

agencies . The report should also mention the weight as well as size of the pills

 

checked.

 

Period to which the information relates : 01/01/2008 to till date.

    Dear Sir/Mam

    I have filed an RTI in Department Of Ayush under Ministry Of Health and Welfare to know that how many times in the last 4 years composition of an Herbomineral drug Smritisagar ras made at Baidyanath Jhansi Plant U.P. was analysed, though I was give a reply but the reply didn’t correspond to RTI raised, when I talked with Drug Inspector U.P. he said that in last 4 years we have never analysed the composition of herbomineral drug or any ayurvedic drug but the same has not been given in written in the last 3 months, on further inquiry they said that drug analyser has not been appointed in the last 4 years.I want appropriate reply in written,

    I filed first appealate but even after first appealate they didin’t give reply in written, and when I talked with first appealate authority he said that we are helpless an can’t do anything. They have made a mockery of the situation.
