Before I Go For Vote I Need The Following Answers

Q-1: I have No. Of Politicians In Front Of me of different Political parties. I am confused whom should I Vote & on what criteria should A Candidate is Eligible to get My Vote?
Q-2: Will I get Any Performance Card (Which Elaborate His performance During His Last 5 Yrs for the People) Through Which I Can Recognize that This Is The Suitable Leader, Whom I can Give My Precious Vote.??
Q-4: Working For People, Elected By the people, Leader of The people . Is A Big Responsibility Which Require Transparency, How Will I Recognize Whether These Politicians Asking Me For Vote Is Corrupted or not, Since I Am not Working With Them & They havn’t Share me The work Done by Them in Past Records.??
Q-3: During Every Election cycle Politicians Come with Loads of Promises that they Will Do After they got selected, But None of A Promises have been Cleared/Done. Is there Any Monitoring System Who Will Monitor Their Promises as They Committed in Front Of Us, & Will Punish/Warn/Penalize Them If they haven’t Completed The Committed Promise.???
Q-4: Is There Any System Where They have To Report & Show All Their Performance On Daily Basis, Where They had Completed The promised Work & What they have Planned For Tomorrow Work, Is There Any System Which Will Monitor Their Performances & Show the people Via Internet & other media Channels?
Q-5 : A universal Fact “To be Change is the Rule of nature” Some of our politicians Are Educated & Some Are not, I Agree That In Past years Some of our Politicians Who Are not Educated Got Selected & Are Ruling & performing Well. But As the Trend Changes Education Is must For Every One Either from a Prime Minister to a Common man. Because Education Sharpen The Human Mind in whatever Field He is Working. Is there any Criteria Where A particular Politician Is Eligible If & only If He Is having This Degree???
Q-6 Sir if you have provided me The Voter ID Card & Given the Write to Vote & If Ihaven’t Got This much Information, Am I Eligible To Vote or Not Please Answer????
Dear Sir, I completele empathize with your questions and am just as angry (if not more) as yourself.
But from the point if view of applying for a RTI, we cannot ask these kind of questions to the Election Commissioner as per the RTI Act 2005.
RTI Act 200 is meant to obtain govt. documents from govt. departments and once u get these documents, u can use this as proof to file a PIL or expose this in the media. This is the unfortunate truth of our system.
RTI-Anonymous is an organization, meant to protect various RTI activists around the country, who dare govt. officials to disclose these public documents
I UnderStood The Act You Are Discussing Me With, But Is there Any Other Body of Govt. Which Will Answer My Questions.
Its A Fact that We Have A Right To Vote, But Do We Have A Right To Know Why We Vote??

Frankly, I wish we all had an easy, single switch answer for that ! You can write a formal letter to the Election Commissioner directly and hope to get a reply. Alternately, if u can convince anybody in the News Media, then u can send an open letter with your question. But frankly, we all have our own doubts about the kind of responses (if any!!). But its worth giving a try
