Plan Violation by the Builder
Dear Sirs,
I lodged a complaint 10 days ago with the AEE, BBMP, Banashankari 2nd Stage, that the neighbour while constrcting his building is violating the bye-laws and requested him to take action. Till today no action has been taken. Nobody has come for inspection as the builder is deviating from the sanctioned plan.

With respect to the kind of information required for pursuing your case, it seems like you already have a copy of the BBMP Building Bylaws and have enough proof that your neighbour is violating the law.
As Mr. Nightwatch mentions, your next step is to contact the vigilance officer of the State Urban Development Ministry and file a complaint against them.

Please note, that RTI applications have to be very specific and is “legally” meant to ask for just the information. Based on the Information received by the government authority, you can use that document to either file a case/expose it etc.
