PF transfer not happered since 2009

Hi,

I have given my PF transfer application from my old company to new company PF account. When I checked online the amount from previous company(SysInformation, Mysore PF A/C No: KN/36568/129) PF account is settled with Cheque (Bearing No: 362745) for Rs 25,293, But same amount is not reflecting on my MindTree PF Account (KN/24470/009102). I filed complaint online but no response. Please help us to get the information.

    You first try speaking to the authorities concerned…….and if not resolved get back to us……please give specific address of the authority answerable in possible and address……

    1. If you filed complaint online then you can check its status online too. There also exists a provision to send a reminder. Please check status and accordingly give a reminder.
    2. Cheque the bank details of the cheque. Your account or company’s and querry the bank branch of the status of the cheque/transfer.
    3. Filing an RTI should be after you have exhausted institutional measures of grievance redress.
