Dear Sir or Madam,
Kindly provide the month wise information on following for Bharatgas Distributor JAI SALASAR BHARATGAS, GHARSANA, Rajasthan since inception of dealership.
Provide complete details of applicants (Name, Address, Phone number etc) who applied for new LPG connection with dealer
1. Fresh application for new LPG connections month wise with details of applicants (Name, Address, Phone number etc)
2. Release of new connections with details of applicants (Name, Address, Phone number etc)
3. transfer of LPG connection to dealer with details of applicants (Name, Address, Phone number etc) and from where the transfer was made with reason for transfer
4. transfer of LPG connection from the dealer with details of applicants (Name, Address, Phone number etc) and to where the transfer was made with reason for transfer
5. Total numbers of customer with customer list and details –(customer number, name, address, phone number) at the end of every calendar month .
6. Monthly supply of domestic cylinder (bottle) of different weight denominations.
7. waiting list of new applicants at the end of every calendar month with complete detail (name Address Phone number of applicants)
8. Month wise List of applicants who applied for new LPG connections whose applications are rejected with reasons for rejections (complete details name address ,phone number )
9. provide separate list of customer with single and double cylinders
10. Month wise details of applicants with single cylinder who applied for double cylinder / processed application and pending applications. (complete details name address and phone numbers of applicants)
As I am BPL person so .no need for application fees. If you find that the sought information pertains to another PIO kindly transfer it within five days under section 6(3) .
