Action should be taken on those who extended the favour.May be, their visit was personal and they had the impression that arrangement was by the host and not the State. State government's intentions might have been of flattering guests so as to win favour. The RTI activist has done a commendable job.
Ordinary people have already lost trusting even from the "Temple of Justice", the Courts. There were/are several stories of this kind, the RTI Act is only exposing them to public with documentary evidences. Here the right punishment is missing because of the absence of the strong anti-corruption law like the Janlokpal.
I thought One Justice S.Sen was sufficient for an example of Prove corruption by a High Judicial. Whoever having faith on Judicial system already loosing faith due to Justice Sen Mahabhiyog …now this news..I am Eager to know the view of our supreme Judiciary (SC)…."Any ordinary government employee convicted easily for bribe of rs.100/ or charged for undue advantage of govt. machinery in very silly matter….Now…matter related with Judicial Pillar?????
Media must cover this revelation to lessen such irregularities in the future.
Very Good Documentation collected through RTI. Congratulations to Team. Keep on going till Corruption get end.
Thank you for sharing . It just indicates the power of RTI . May I suggest that this matter be taken up to the Supreme Court and also lay the bare facts between the collusion between the Political class, bureaucracy and the judiciary . Am an RTI activist myself and my homage to SHEHLA for the courage she showed . Keep up the good work . God Bless you .
Great work sir i am very much inspired with ur work .

After seeing this RTI expose, how can we expect strict criminal contempt proceedings any senior IAS officer who didn’t comply High Court’s order? No judge of these qualities will initiate CONTEMPT PROCEEDINGS against the erring officers. The senior officers are extending their full hospitality even to the wifes of the judges with the honest tax-payers money.
We Can Sir and you can make that difference.
Please write/call the news media and the TV media and ask them to download these documents and write/broadcast them all over
Incredible Job done by the team…..what a great efforts…..Congratulations u all. Regards
