too much Delay in getting final marksheet from University of Lucknow.
This is regarding the delay in getting the final graduation marksheet from the University of Lucknow.
The matter concerns one of my friend, Anupama Verma. We have completed graduation in B.Com(Hons) this June 2011. But she hasn’t yet got the final marksheet till date. Actually, she had to give 2-backpapers of 1st year also in order to clear all examinations. Accordingly she gave all the last year papers along with the backs, and cleared them all. But still the department of Commerce is not providing her the marksheet. They are showing some or the other discrepancy every time she contacts them. Moreover, they have taken few bucks in the name of formalities and pacing the procedure. Due to this, she had to let go this session in vain.
Please tell me what all other details should I mention to RTI-A, in order to help her.
This is something very necessary…for it stakes her whole career.
pl provide details of Ms.Anupama Verma such as name of college year of admission, roll number.

2) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of the officer(s) responsible for distributing the marksheets
3) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of the officer(s) with whom the marksheet of ‘Person Name’ is pending with.
4) Please inform me, according the rules and regulations of distributing marksheet, the acceptable time limit in distributing marksheet to students. Also, provide a certified copy of rules & regulation / G.O
5) Please inform me of the extra fees collected as formalities to speed up the process of releasing the marksheet.
6) Please inform me of the name, desgination and office address of the controlling authority to whom the discrepencies in distributing marksheets should be reported.
7) Please inform me of the number of complaints received in last 3 years against issues related to distribution of marksheets. Also, please inform me of the number of pending complaints.
8) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of the First Appellate Authority pertaining to your office.
9) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of the Second Appellate Authority pertaining to your office.
10) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of the State Infomation Commissioner / Central Information Commisioner pertaining to your office.
11) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of the Chief Secretary to Minister to whom your office comes under.

thank you for all that information…I must mention here that all the delays have been ended. The day I mentioned abt filing an RTI to the University people, they surprisingly delivered the marksheet within 2days. On the 16th Jan’2012, Anupama got her marksheet, and now she is finally a graduate.
However, I still want them to answer me back all the details, that caused all this delay. Can you please tell me if it is possible to question them now….
