Dear PIO,

Prof.M.B.Varma,
Asst.Professor,

Government Engineering College Aurangabad.

Osmanpura , Aurangabad , Maharashtra.

Please consider this application under the RTI 2005 act.

I request you the following information.

Please provide me the list of students from Year 2000-2001 to 2010-2011  with name , address , cast , cast category ( eg. Open / SC / ST etc ) ,  phone , mobile , father’s name , fathers occupation and fathers income who received the scholarship from the the government. Also mention the type of scholarship.

    This looks like a high volume data..

    What I suggest is ask for aggregate values

    Like for e.g.

    1) Total sum of scholarship fund allocated under various categories ( You can also mention the categories )

    2) Eligibility criteria for receiving Scholarship funds under various categories ( Good to mention the categories )

    3) Rules and regulation OR process followed in awarding the Scholarship funds

    Have you filed this RTI with Social Welfare Department received any response?
    I am also facing a similar problem of delay in fee reimbursement for session 2010-11 and tried all channels but no luck.
    I also talked to Director at Lucknow and District Social Welfare officer of Ghaziabad Mr. Mustaq Ahmed @9871298570 and alo to the DM office but regret to say response is not even worth to mention it here.
    Can somebody help here ?
