We are short of people , who can draft RTI's. We have enough people for Website Development/Marketing/Public Relations/Funding/Volunteer Management etc. But RTI drafting is a very specialized skill, that needs knowledgeable people who can file the application , in a way that won't be rejected.

I know, you are helping the people. I know your Intention. I just asked various reason of rejection. Its seems that filing RTI is very clerkship kind of process. I wish to learn it so that I would be able to file RTI.

Mr. Munikrishna’s case is a special kind of case, that needs special type of handling. There are lot of things here, that I cannot mention. Suffice to say that he has been fighting for justice for more than 4-5 years.
You are absolutely right that filing/drafting RTI is a simple clerkship kind of job..

hey Anand, very useful information. Yes I will learn “how to file RTI”. I will file RTI after one month to have handy experience. right now I am in nigeria (since 6 month) & coming back next month. okay tell me one thing, is there any provision to file RTI through internet ?
