B.Tech.(civil) through ditance education

I passed B.Tech.(civil) from JRN Rajasthan University through distance education in Dec.2010.My enrollment no. is DE-I/08/143293,

Kindly give me following information under RTI Act 2005:

1. Is above said degree recognized by AICTE! with respect to my enrollment no. (Period 2008-2010)

    You have asked this question before on this post –

    and we have told you that based on the RTI filed to IGNOU, unfortunately your degree seems invalid. I would ask you to directly write to IGNOU and get a clarification.
    Also, if you go thru the entire posting, Mr. Gopiseth has basically asked you file a case in consumer court too

    Sir I had taken admission in Jan. 2008 and University had been blacklisted in Sep. 2009.Now kindly inform me the validity of degree as per above dates.

    Respected Anand Sharmaji as per your suggetion I had requestd to DEC (IGNOU) regarding validity of B.Tech.(civil)degree which was issued by JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University ,but DEC has replied that DEC gives only recognition of University,and also directed to approach the University in respect of validity of degree.
    Now kindly suggest me ,as my deptt.is not accepting this degree with the remarks that the degree is not recognized by AICTE,when I sought this information from AICTE ,then AICTE says that they does not recognize the technical qualification ie B.Tech.,Diploma if the said qualification is acquired through distance mode.
    Kindly suggest.
