Appointment of Dr. Sanjeev Pandey as Asstt. Director in A.S.C.
Dr. Sanjeev Pandey appeared for the interview of Dy. Director A.S.C. in Feb 2007 and appointed temporarily against leave vacancy of Dr. Rajeshwari Rana (Asstt. Director, ASC). The interview committee declared that “No suitable candidate found”. Out of 28 participants who were more qualified than Dr. Sanjeev Pandey, committe recommended Dr. Pandey to work as an Asstt. Director on leave vacany @ fixed pay of 8000/- whereas the interview called for the post of Dy. Director and eventually even after joining of Dr. Rajeshwari Rana, he continued his post and not only that had been paid all the perks and allowances of a permanent post of Asstt. Director. Even till today he is working there.

i wanted to know how a person can be appointed as permanent against a post through an interview taken for other post and initially against leave vacancy then through black and white be permanent.
