i want to know how much indian govt is spending on research and making universities in india because i think indian govt is making our education system as racetrack where students have to score good to become good employee in foreign rather then become a good knowledgeable person who can change country they send their sons in foreign because they know there is knowledge and research both which india is lacking hugely so i want to know what they are spending on i it so that every student can get to the mark of his real intelligence because we know and politicians know we are more intelligent and intellectual then foreigners so please get this info..thank u
1. Research is carried out in various fields at various levels by institutions, professional researchers,Doctoral students, policy makers in ministeries, even the parliament has a research service.
