PF PENDING FROM LAST 2 YEARS

Respected Sir/Mam,

Myself Neeta Raghunath Pawar. Contract with MAFOI MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS LTD. Emplyee Code -120494, worked for Hewlett-Packard India Pvt Ltd, Kurla-(W), as a call co-ordinator from the period 29/10/2007 to 28/02/2009 ,PF No- TN/35791/94558.After resigning Submitted the PF form on 15/06/2009 till date not received my credited amount.

I m doing continuously follow-up to mum off & Chennai off,because that time our off shifted in Banglore , so i correspondence with Mafoi Head off & Chennai off also. From mafoi side that they told me my amount of Rs.11844/- vide cheque no-617528 dated 16.10.2009 were sent my a/c. I continuously check my Karnatak Bank A/c but there was not show any credited amount. I forwarded my passbook details also.But no reply from that side.

We had seeking cooperation in this matter from Mafoi consultancy but we are very disappointed that there was no response from their end. Is this kind of service Mafoi is giving to their employees?

    Can you tell that “cheque no-617528 dated 16.10.2009″ was of which bank
    As HP is private company only option is to put RTI with the bank of which issued cheque no-617528 (if the bank is govt. undertaking)

    Hello Sir,

    Cheque details r not given by them.( Mafoi team told details r given only PF.Dept Chennai.
    Mafoi r not concern for that, told I must be follow up for the chennai P.F Team.)

    same problem my in reliance hr service bv i withdrawal pf amount you buy pf form fill up and you have colam bank verifiction sign you sign pf form and veryfiy it by bank (saving a/c) and sumit to pf office.

    can RTI be filed with PF department in this regard…..for seeking information about particular company and PF account no…….?

    I filed Legal Notice to Mafoi,before 1 month, but no rely from that side.Not Filed RTI.

    Tell me the processs???
