1). Whether the committee of joint secretaries appointed by the group of ministers (GOM ) to study about the pay anomaly existing in Prasar Bharati had submitted its final report to the GOM.

2) Kindly provide the copy of the detailed report / recommendations of the committee of joint secretaries appointed by the group of ministers (GOM ) to study about the pay anomaly existing in Prasar Bharati .

3).Whether the committee of joint secretaries have decided / recommended to file review petition in Supreme court of India against the final order/judgment of the Supreme Court ,dated 14.01.2011 in the case SLP (Civil) No. 99 of 2011

4). 3).Whether the group of ministers (GOM ) on Prasar Bharati had decided / recommended to file review petition in Supreme court of India against the final order/judgment of the Supreme Court ,dated 14.01.2011 in the case SLP (Civil) No. 99 of 2011

5) 5) If the answer to the above questions (3 and 4)are yes, Please provide the copy of the attested and detailed minutes of the meeting of the group of ministers (GOM ) on Prasar Bharati / committee of joint secretaries which taken the decision to file review petition in Supreme court of India against the final order/judgment of the Supreme Court ,dated 14.01.2011 in the case SLP (Civil) No. 99 of 2011

    Our sincere & Humble request .. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS
    It just make us think of u, in a very negative way. We understand ur intention is to expose the corrupt, but doing these kinds of duplication, just defeats the whole purpose

    Also, please understand that people who are working behind these websites are not only doing it on a voluntary basis, but also are working thru the whole night sometime, spending money from their own pockets etc.

    We maybe slow in our response and sometime tyhe replies are not satisfactory. But there is no point in shooting the messenger !! This

    Sir, this is not a duplicate question ,the cases mentioned in both questions are different and one is SLP and other is riview petition against a dismissed SLP.

    Sir Please read the both questions once again,then you can see the difference. Th cases mentioned are the cases of a group central government emplyees on deputation to Prsar Bharati, who are denied equal salary for equal job and placed on lower pay scales compared even to their juniors. Even supreme court given a favorable verdict quoting article 14, and 16. yet the government is not ready to give justice to us, and they quoted wrong facts in review SLP , this RTI question is our humble effort to reveal the truth. We applied on our individual capacity but ,answers not got even after 60 days, hence we need your support.Please help us
