There are about 10,000 electric rickshaws in Delhi banned by the Delhi Government on 9 Dec 2012. They are illegal as per the ban order. What is the arrangement with these banned Rickshaw traders, manufacturers , and buyers for the replecement of batteries as per the legal requirement. Please provide a copy.
